Beautiful virgin countryside which can only be found in the north of Ibiza, the house is set in 5 acres (80,000m2) of private land, which is divided by the traditional and historic Ibizan terraces. The land has mainly olive, carob and almond trees. Immediately surrounding the house is an immaculately kept garden with bouganvillea and palm trees, there are also many fruit trees from orange, lemon, cherry and fig to pomegranate, apricot and plum to name but a few!

2. Downstairs double bedroom – 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed, 1,80cm x 1,90cm (can be separated into 2 sigle beds) and a large en-suite bathroom
3. Downstairs 2 single beds Bedroom. – 2 Single Bed , 2 single beds 0’90×1’90 m.

  • Bedroom 1 upstairs has a large double (Queensize) bed (190 x 150cm), built-in dressing rooms and a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi-bath and shower (hydro-massage), bidet and toilet.
  • Bedroom 2 downstairs has 2 single beds that becomes a 1’80×1’90 double bed, 2 big wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, dressing table and toilet.
  • Bedroom 3 downstairs, has two single beds 0’90×1’90 and 2 big wardrobes.
  • The living-room has a comfortable sofa double bed.

  •   Bathroom 1, en-suite, a beautiful newly built bathroom situated on the first floor with jacuzzi-bath and hydromassage shower cabin, access via the two spacious walk in wardrobes.
  •   Bathroom 2, is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom. It’s a large bathroom decorated with blue and white tiles, typical in the tradional ibicencan houses. It has an elegant turn of the century dressing table, bidet, full size bath and toilet. The wooden ceilings, which cover the whole house, also typical in the traditional ibicencan houses, are present here too.
  •   Bathroom 3, is a shower room and is also decorated with hand painted tiles, in yellow and white. You’ll be delighted by the cosy built-in shower cubicle. Access to the wash room with the washing machine and clothes dryer is through this bathroom.

Common Rooms

The kitchen is equipped with hob-oven, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.

The house has central heating downstairs and a warm/cold air unit upstairs. It’s built with wide stone walls, in the traditional style, which keeps it cooler than brick built houses.

Impressive cliffs on the Sant Miquel West Coast where the beautiful Hotel Hacienda is. The fisherman cove of Portixol 15 min by car. The slightly busier Port of Sant Miquel Beach with many restaurants, bars, pubs, souvenir shops, mini-golf, tennis courts etc. only 10 min away. Benirras Beach, don’t miss the drum playing during Sunday sunsets. Fantastic place to relax, go trekking, enjoy the fantastic cuisine at the local restaurants. Discover the northern beaches such as Portinatx and Aguas Blancas.

San Miguel village is 1 mile away, just 5 minutes by car or 10-15 mins walking, where you’ll find all local amenities.
The famous Santa Gertrudis village with its 22 restaurants is just 3 miles away (12 minutes drive).
Ibiza Town is approx. 10 miles away or 20 mins by car.
Sta. Eulalia and San Antonio are also about 20 mins drive away.
The closest beaches are Benirras, famous for it’s sunset drum parties, and San Miguel Port, both of which offer excellent fish restaurants.
The Saturday Hippy Market ‘Las Dalias’ in San Carlos is a 15 min drive and the Cala Llonga golf course is an approx. 20 min. drive.

Discount on prices for long stays: 1 month reservations are 10% off. Reservations for more than 3 months or more 15% discount. Reservations for more than 6 months plus 20% discount.
